deneghra

some distortion on sliver's spearhead. shot at f8 made everything in focus but since the spearhead is closer to the camera, it looks huge.

sliver's (the spear) shaft was replaced by pork with a surgical needle. the original shaft was too soft and bendy like the ones in the bane knights (i also had them replaced by pork).

what happens to cryxian warwitches when they die? they get better. eclipse (the glaive) also had shaft replacement surgery by pork the pork god.


back view. i was inspired to paint the white stuff white (as opposed to the black, shown in the artwork in warmachine apotheosis), from a line in deneghra's page in apotheosis that said deneghra was the dark bride of cryx. so i painted the veil white.

...something's wrong with me memory card. the computer says it isnt formatted and it CANT be formatted even after i formatted it using my camera.

meh. sayang yung effort pag sesetup ng backdrop para kay deneghra kanina.

new house, new terrain

construction on my house is finally underway. will be making gaming table and terrain for the house as i plan on inviting people over to play warmachine or hordes (or even warhammer) at least once a month.

at least.

there WILL be a house blessing tourney. with prizes. faction coins and all that (kung makaka order ako kay arvin).

anyhoos...

already have a 4x8 plywood and some 2x2s for the table. im planning to spray it with rustoleum blackboard spray so we can write on the table for marking objectives or making notes while playing.

fred is going to buy me some trees from joli's tomorrow. i also asked him to check out styro cutter and plasticard prices. need to make some hills.

on other news, went to the manila city hall for copies of me and jayce's wedding certificate. we filed the request for the certificates last week and was told to return today. fixers were everywhere despite the multitudes of "no fixers allowed" posters. mayor lim should walk around every once in while. the process was fast and i was munching on kitaro's tofu shitake crunch at nearby sm manila in a few minutes. even when jayce and i filed the request last week it only took a few minutes. no i didnt use a fixer and everything was legal and done by the book.

also got billy corgan's soo album, the future embrace from the record bar where i got the smashing pumpkin's new album, zeitgeist last week.
