tapos na peroooooooo...

finally finished metal gear ac!d. 100% completion, all cards.

back to pinting?

maybe.

i just bought armored core: faction front extreme battle for the psp and it rocks!

its a mecha manager game where you build an armored core unit (ac) and have it fight in league battles with with other acs. the customization options are nearly endless with dozens of parts for the head, core (body) arms, legs and other support systems.

and it doesnt end with just getting the parts for the mech. you can also "fine tune" the parts, making them more energy efficient or more powerfull. the parameters of the mech ai can so be tweaked for optimum performance.

yes, the mech has ai and can fight by itself. most of the time spent on the game is spent choosing parts and tuning them and the ai. the player can manually control the ac but the controls are sluggish and its very hard to control the ac. its even in the fluff.

there are supposedly formula front teams that manually control their acs but there are only a few of them since controlling the big mech is quite an undertaking.

convenient excuse for the shitty controls? i dont think so since this isnt the first armored core game.

i just cleared the bottom league with my team METALGEAROMEGA and its head ac BIGBOSS (yes, im addicted to metal gear) but it seems that my unbeatable bottom league config wont work in regular. well see how the other acs (SOLID, LIQUID, SOLIDUS, OCELOT and WOLF*) will do.

*yes wolf from sniper wolf in metal gear solid. while the rest of the acs -solid, liquid, solidus and ocelot- were directly connected to big boss in some way, sniper wolf isnt. i just had to put in a sniper in there and she was the only one in the series.
